All registrations are final and may not be canceled. Due to limited capacity and advance commitments for venue, catering, and event logistics, registrations cannot be canceled once purchased.
If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another individual from your organization at no additional cost. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the event start date.
Attendees who do not attend the event and have not transferred their registration will be considered no-shows and will forfeit their registration fee.
All registration fees are non-refundable.
If System Surveyor cancels the event, registered attendees will receive a full refund of the registration fee paid. System Surveyor is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred.
In rare cases involving serious extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies or a death in the immediate family), System Surveyor may review requests for exceptions on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. Email [email protected] to request a refund.
System Surveyor reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary.
System Surveyor is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, transportation disruptions, or venue closures.
By attending the event, you consent to photography, video, and audio recording that may be used by System Surveyor for marketing and promotional purposes.
System Surveyor CONNECT is committed to providing a professional and respectful environment for all attendees. System Surveyor reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate without refund.
