- After login to the cloud workspace, click on Team Workbench
- Click on your Team Name (it should say Owner next to it) to open your Site List. If you want to edit the name, click on the Pencil icon
- On Site List page, click on Team Members
- On Team Members page, click on +Add New Member
- On Add New Member page you can search using Account Name or Email Address in the search bar. Note that you can only send to subscribers so your team members will have to sign up for a Basic (free) account before you can add them
- Send invitation. Once they accept, you will have the ability to share individual surveys with them and they will have the ability to share with all team members
