How can I add Guest Users?

Team Members have access to all of the team’s sites and surveys . If someone should only have access to specific site, consider adding them as a Guest User instead of a team member. This can work great for subcontractors, working in sync with customers, or collaborating more efficiently with your integrator.

Guest Users can have access to up to 3 sites at a time.

  1. As the Site Editor, click the “+” button to add a Site Contact with a valid email.
  2. Once the contact is added, click on their name and the “Invite as Guest” menu option will expand.
  3. Guest User will act as a team member for this site and can only make changes if you release the survey edit.
