How do I use InfoMask?

InfoMask™ is available on our Scale and Enterprise plans.

InfoMask™ allows users to easily and securely capture and manage sensitive information for any device. Only Team Members with the InfoMask role will be allowed access to view and edit that information.

To use the InfoMask feature:

Select an element on your Survey and view the Element Info (located on the left side of the page)

Click the Configuration tab

Toggle on InfoMask

You can then input the configuration data for the device. When you are done, you can click the InfoMask switch again or “Done” at the top of the menu. The information you entered will then be encrypted.
