Great question. On most of our plans, we provide the ability for you to offer Guest User access. This allows you to invite others who do not have a license to the software application. Provide them read-only or more access then set a time for it to expire or manage as you see fit. This allows you to invite them to collaborate in your site survey and security system design in System Surveyor more dynamically than emailing static PDF markups back and forth.
