How can I find my paid invoices?

You can easily access all your payment history and download previously paid invoices in your System Surveyor account.

Please note – Only Account Admins can access Billing Details in the System Surveyor platform

First navigate to your Account Settings by clicking your avatar in the upper left hand corner of the System Surveyor platform.

Under Account – Click on subscription
Click on the tab labeled Billing
Scroll down to Payment history
Click on the (3) dots next to the line item to download a PDF of the invoice
